WC's to
Fanny Stollár
Iga Świątek
I can't find any source to confirm this information other than Wikipedia ;). If you know - please - let me know.

On the other hand - I was listening on the radio Iga Świątek coach - and he said, that team try to get Wild Card in Dubai. He didn't say anything about Budapest in the context of Wild Card. On the official website Warsaw Sports Group (a foundation that leads Iga's career) you can find news about her plans. Silence about WC on Budapest too:
https://www.sportsgroup.pl/aktualnosci/273-turniejowe-plany-igi-swiatek

Original:

English:
After the national tournament (Fed Cup), Iga will focus on singles. He will fly to Budapest or Dubai in February. The current Pole ranking (142 WTA) may not be enough to play in qualifying in Dubai, but it is possible that the organizers of the local competition will award Iga a "wild card". If this does not happen, our player will fly to Hungary.

---------------

Coach Iga Swiatek admitted on Twitter that they (team) are trying to get a wild card to Budapest (next to Dubai), but he has NO INFORMATION what effect. Usually, the organizers inform about it just before the tournament. Therefore, the above information about wild cards to Main Draw is not true.

I sure hope Rybarikova can get her season started with a win, she is 0-2 on the year and even though she lost to Vekic and Kivitova she can't wait till the grass court season to start winning matches. I hope she has a good draw and a great tournament.

The tournament homepage mentions three wild cards for Hungarian players
Fanny Stollár
Anna Bondár
Adrienn Nagy

It's announced in other articles Adrienn gets a QWC
She won AO 2019 junior doubles, so there's a little hype around her here.

Fanny is in the quali, so she can get MDWC only

Otherwise I can't find any information about wild cards for non-Hungarians.

I saw a Hungarian web site but cannot find it any more. But I suppose they quoted wikipedia. On the official website in the hungarian version the WC's are announced to be Stollar, Nagy and Bondar:

"Stollár Fanny, Nagy Adrienn és Bondár Anna is részt vehet a versenyen."
