Why Porsche prefers to give a MDWC to Lottner instead of Witthoeft?

Maybe they know Siegemund will get in, so Witthoeft gets the WC instead.
Another scenario would be, that Siegemund is not able to play after she retired in Lugano.

Third option:
Her nomination as the fifth player for FC makes it impossible for her to compete in Q, so they gave her the WC instead.

Is the DTB involved in the WC donation process ?
Lottner is able to play only one (1) Grand Slam match in her career and lost.
How many WTA level matches Lottner played in her career ?
And how many WTA level matches Lottner won in her career ?
Compaired to Lottner even all time biggest german losers as Barrois are world stars.
What connections Lottner has ? She even had a WC in US-tournaments instead of the better Us juniors?
Why is Nike giving a contract to one of the biggest unsuccesfuls careers in todays tennis sport (Lottner).
Second point is that WC is obviously denied to Witthöft, but why ?
Only reason is probably the Witthöft Fed-Cup incident, when Witthöft did not play Fed-Cup, but played a tournament that (Quali) started at the same moment the Fed-Cup was running. As reason Witthöft gave a an unusual illness (Otitis), the only possible illnes that fits
(a little bit) in as reason for not playing.
Poor german tennis, Petkovic withdrew at the last possible moment in Stuttgart Qualis and has a WC for Nürnberg,
then a Nürnberg WC for the legendary Rohdiamant (Hogbarski), a player that proves year after year she is too weak to reach Top 200
or even Top 250.
