I'm sad about the idea of Lindsay retiring or cutting back - but it's clear that she has a very happy personal life to consider now as well as her injuries. Good luck to her.

not sure what to think about it. lindsay usually has to play a string of tournaments to get going (although lately that doesnt seem to work anymore), but on the other hand playing less also means less chance to get injured.

Lindsay has been an ambassador for Womens Tennis for so long and I have always had a huge respect for her.

Having started out at a young age, perhaps she realises the life outside of tennis can run her own way, instead of the dates of tournaments.

There are so many things to consider, like starting a family and not everyone wants to do that of the age of 35.

As posted above I wish her the best of luck in whatever she decides. Will be sorely missed when she goes

For me, Lindsay playing less next year is better than her not playing at all. I was worried that she might retire and not play at all next year. I think that she still has the desire to play in the olympics for one last time!
