Never understood why this is played every year.
Make it an every 4 year thing like the Olympics or World Cup... add some prestige to winning or participating in it.

BJKC scheduling always sucks because more often than not it will be at odds with the WTA schedule. Poland also has a tie like three days before Stuttgart starts, but it's in Kazakhstan, so the best-case scenario is 24h traveling forth and back, and that's without everything that entails the travel. I hope Iga skips, too. Gotta have to set priorities.

Iga gets a bye round 1 in stuttgart so is playing later, but it still is bad scheduling.

Iga skipped the last BJK saying the scheduling was too bad and did not play I recall.
