She seems not to be playing this now, not on the tournament website, maybe a change of schedule.

Yeah they removed her from the announcement as well. It's no big deal if she plays IW and Miami as she has already banked loads of points. And she can wildcard into the event if she needs to, I don't think she has done historically well at Charleston so it is one to skip if need be.

Should beat her, only match was a three set win over her in Dubai,6-7, 6-3, 6-3, in 2020 (just weeks before Covid, right after Kenin won the A.O.)
Pie was 4/10 BP's that day, so right on form.
Coming in cold off a BYE always concerns me, but she should win on 2023 form.

A very hard fought, 7-6, 7-6 win over Kenin.
Could easily have lost it, but she pulled through. Sofia possibly actually played better tennis for more of the match.

Said conditions were windy, difficult.

Coming in off a bye was never going to be easy.
Plays either Badosa or Parrizas Diaz in Round 3, they are just taking the court now.

Unless she makes it to the weekend that's pretty much me for Indian Wells. I tried 3 matches yesterday and 2 today but not feeling this tennis display. Had a good time supporting VJK, Brenda and little Kuders. Will catch highlights.

Excellent win, 6-3, 6-0.
Without playing anywhere near her best, won the last 11 games from 1-3 down in the first set.
It was like a quite assassin, didn't really notice it.

Said the court played slow, but was happy with her second set.
