We could end up with 2 more lucky losers. Hope they both recover.
Unless one of them is really badly injured and at risk of exacerbating injury, I imagine drawing each other means they'll definitely play. Chance for an easy 1st round against a compromised player? I'd certainly see how I feel out there rather than preemptively withdraw.

He doesn't appreciate that parts of the world are experiencing drought and he's spitting his way through life when he can't find anything interesting to say :eek:h:
Never has :spit: ;)

Horrible when a player gets injured, and just when she was making waves. Trying to look on the positive, this gives Angie a bit of a break before the final and the big challenge of her Wimbledon defence.

It feels like Jabeur is injured every event she plays :tape: can't stay in tip top shape.

Ons is so unlucky with injuries. I know that if she were fitter and had better footwork she would be less injury-prone, but the big ones always seem to happen when she's finally picking up momentum.

Hope she can be okay for Wimbledon.

Jabeur has such a strange career. She is super talented, but always seems injured or randomly flops, then occasionally comes out of nowhere with good runs like this one. Best of luck to her, and to Kerber in the final.

:hysteric: bad luck , Ons , but a great week :yeah:

here's to a quick recovery and hopefully she at least can compete in Wimbledon even if her draw is brutal and she loses R1
