Chanda Rubin smacks a damn good shot in practise and pumps her fist.
Chanda Rubin of the United States of America is ready for the competition.
"Yeah, you know! Its been tough lately. I've been losing to all these no-names and I'm finally ready to come on top"
Chanda Rubin won her first title earlier this year at Berlin and was a runner-up in Paris.
"Yeah those were two great weeks. But it just seems like it goes away from time to time and I can't get it back...its frustrating"
Rubin said that no matter who she faces shes ready for the challenge.
"Grass in my opinion is my best surface! I really have played well in practise and I feel that right now with the way I'm playing no one can beat me...but we'll just have to wait and see"
Chanda Rubin was seen scouting Iva Majoli and Christina Wheeler who she recently dropped from doubles.
"Yes its true....I have been watching them. They are both fantastic players and I want to see how they are doing..."
When asked about how they are doing...
"They are both playing like crap. Majoli can't get one ball over the net without having to moonball it over. She is just really sucking. Probably cause grass isn't her best. But Christina is playing okay....but if you ask me she still sucks"
1st Round:
