Dunlop Introduces New Abzorber Tennis Racquet
Unique Design Allows Players to "Say No to Tennis Elbow"

Greenville, S.C.-Worldwide sports brand Dunlop continues to be a leader in the tennis industry with the introduction of the revolutionary Abzorber racquet. An extension of the Abzorber tennis ball, the Abzorber racquet's breakthrough dual injected molded polymer construction is billed as the answer to tennis enthusiasts suffering from tennis elbow.

The Abzorber is the only racquet constructed with a dual molded bridge, reducing the shock, impact and vibration that lead to tennis elbow. The construction of Abzorber gives the racquet a unique feel, and with a NTRP of 2.5-5.0, it is designed for tennis enthusiasts of all skill levels.

"The technology used in the Abzorber is a breakthrough in the tennis market because over half of all tennis players experience tennis elbow at some point in their careers," said Kai Nitche, racquet sports marketing director for Dunlop Sports. "This racquet allows tennis players of all levels to enjoy the game, while at the same time reducing the risk of injury."

The Abzorber is available in two headsizes, 98 square inches and 108 square inches, and is available in sporting goods stores nationwide with a SRP of $149.

The world's No. 1 tennis ball and a worldwide leader in sports equipment since its beginnings in 1907, Dunlop continues to develop innovative product for golf and racquet sports enthusiasts. Based in Greenville, S.C., Dunlop Sports Group Americas is represented by a number of internationally ranked tennis professionals, including James Blake, Germany's top-ranked Tommy Haas and 2002 Australian Open winner Thomas Johansson.
