Marta Domachowska is due to have her appendix cut.
On this week she was to play in Fed Cup but she didn't finally go because of problems with health. Luckily! After checkup in Central Hospital of Sport in Warsaw it occured that Marta must have a surgery of removing appendix. It will be today or tomorrow in Wolski Hospital in Warsaw.

- On Friday we will have consultations - says Mariusz Dermont, general coach of Marta who helps tennis player before treatment. Marta has already had blood checkup. We know that she has imflammation. It's better to do something now than have some unpleasant surprise later - explains. In his opinion Marta shouldn't be afraid. After surgery she will be able to have soft tennis trainings after three or four weeks.

Let's recollect that two years ago Amelie Mauresmo had exactly the same situation. French didn't listen to her doctors and two months and two months after surgery was back on tour. However since May 2007 she can't find her form and she's the shadow of the champion who used to win Wimbledon and Australian Open.

- Marta won't repeat Mauresmo's mistake - claims Marta's new old coach Paweł Ostrowski.

No, she won't have PR. Only player which missed 3 grand Slams and didn't play for 3 month can use it.
