Jelena Dokic is thinking of a return to the Australian Open next year -- which would be the end of her two-year boycott.
Today, after beating Switzerland's Emmanuelle Gagliardi 6-4, 6-2 in the first round of the U.S. Open, Dokic told to press:
"I'm thinking about it, that's for sure," she said when asked if she would ever return Down Under.
"I will make a decision in the next few weeks what I will do. I don't know what the reaction would be. I don't know what the feeling is.
"But I had a lot of support there. I had a lot of fans, the most support I got was there. I would like to go back and have that again but we'll see."
