Maybe the OP has a good point?
But how can anyone vociferously complain when the 4X champion is on court 2 next to her?
To be honest, I'd rather take the early/first start, to try to avoid the rain drops in the first place (unless I was on CC, of course) myself.
So this court/schedule looks fine. Let the others sweat out the rain all day.

It's better for Petra not to be in the spotlight as she is a naturally shy girl, but it's ridiculous she's only gotten 1 Centre Court match so far.

I don't think Petra's really shy (I know this is almost another discussion).
This is like a media meme that likes to be pushed (not saying you are, I'm sure you're a fan that knows) for the small town country girl story.
Yes, Petra doesn't covet attention or say stupid things, like some other players. But when she's amongst reporters, TV cameras or a gala/function, she usually handles them very well, is charming, seems quite comfortable, looks good and is usually quite humorous.
Big difference. :lol: I know it can be a little more complicated than that. But you get my point.
And she did play on Court 1, along with Centre Court, out of her two matches. Though I can see with those who were surprised by the Court 3 scheduling initially.
Like I said, I'd rather play the early matches anyway, if there's the threat of rain.
This is of course a result of Wimbledon not playing on Sunday. Then what happens is they have so many matches to play on Monday that the women's matches wind up getting pushed aside in favor of the men's matches. This happens in terms of both the courts they have to play on and also in terms of the TV coverage.

It's strange but I'm pretty sure there have been huge stars on Court 3 before on the second Monday. When everyone is playing and there is only one match on Centre and Court 1, someone is bound to be put out there. The weird thing is the Radwanska-Giorgi match but they probably thought Camila was better looking or something because that's usually how the AELTC decides women's court placements.

And I don't buy this good looking argument with the AELTC, and the WTA. That's a misnomer.
Kirilenko (who's Giorgi, that looks more like a woman, and not a kid), is banished to the outer, outer courts, along with Pasek in the 4th rd. And both Georges and Ivanovic (if my memory strikes me correctly) played matches on non TV or show courts earlier this week. So they didn't care about them either, obviously.
It's just how they do their scheduling, and what ever decisions they take into account at the time.

she would be cool with playing on court 13 so why dont they put her in a helicopter and fly her out there
