Yastremska in qualifying for Miami she is rank 103 and on the Q entry list, the last placed qualifier is Townsend ranked 125.

The worrying thing is she slipped down to 135 on the live and she has 60 points to defend at Bogota and 95 points to defend in Madrid. Dangerous times so I hope she can continue to rack up some wins.

Well after Madrid she only managed 4 wins in the rest of 2022. The second half of 2023 must surely be better than 2022. At one stage I thought she might drop to 250 but probably not as low now. She is at least competitive again in 2023.

She played 4 125's after Madrid last year, I would hope she can stay in WTA250 range. But first need to limit the point drops, I think she made a good run one of the grass ones as well last year.
