Asked if Martinez had won the match or she had lost it, Dokic replied: "I lost the match. She didn't do very much.
"I don't think she has ever played worse in the 15 times we have met.
"I would play two games and then two bad games. I was basically playing against myself."
Dokic, a Wimbledon semi-finalist in 2000 and a quarter-finalist at Roland Garros last year, refused to use the split from her father as an excuse for her poor form.
"I'm not distracted at all. I'm pretty calm, I'm just not having a good time," she said.
