Apparently, she retired because she was being a brat about losing...My sister-in-law said Domi did not look injured at all, only retired after going down a double break in the 2nd set...Another example of Domi being a cheating/lying bitch...Cannot stand this girl...Horrible sportsmanship and antics all the time...Good job Andrea for taking out this disgusting trash

Isn't there a rule that if you retire from singles, you must do walkover from doubles?

I remember people weren't too happy when Vera retired from Wimbledon but still played her doubles match.

Oh come on, Domi couldn't play two more games and let Andi win outright? I like her and all, but she did not look injured to me.

I've always thought Andi should be a consistent top 50 player - hopefully some of her doubles success will cross over to singles. She's a late bloomer.

Edit: It was 2008 Stanford QF against Sugiyama. She retired when Sugiyama was up three match points on her serve at 6-7(4) 7-6(5) *5-3 40-0. She could've even stand for one second and let Sugiyama ace her.
