:bounce: More wins on clay in two tournies this year then all last year. Make the semis now Marion! :worship: But fix THAT SERVE before you play Petrova or Czink, it was so good against Sevestova.

Mel  It was very competitive for the 1st set and 2-1, then Marion broke away for the last few games. You can be a great player.

probs to Oudin on a really competitive first set..looks as though Marion took a bit off her serve and focused on reducing the number of DF she's been hitting!!

a QF :D:D

Go Marion :woohoo: You rock!

Mel is hugely talented, I am sure she will be upset but many congratulations on doing as well as she did. Best of luck in Fed Cup too :D

Good match for both players! Much needed points for Baba & a very pleasant run in front of her home crowd for Miss Oudin! Im looking forward to see her in Roland-Garros if she doesn't have the MD WC.

Marion :yeah: Would love to see Marion get a win against Petrova on green clay, which is a good surface for Nadia.

What happened in Miami and IW?

Well, Peer is a terrible matchup for Marion, she leads the head to head 7-1, and Marion got a virus soon after that in time for Miami. From someone there who saw her before the match and during it, Marion looked pale and lethargic. I think there was a bit of worry it couldve been the mono, but it obviously wasnt. :bounce: Well, maybe it was just me the one worrying. :tape:

Yeah, I was there and said hello to her before the Miami match with Yakimova, and she did not look well at all that day. She seemed to lack energy and certainly was off court a long time between sets. The weather was warm-ish, but she was also sweating a lot as well, and she just looked like she wasn't feeling good.

Anyway, I'm happy she bounced back with a good result at Charleston, and good luck to her going forward!
