I had inflammation of tendonitis and felt it three days ago so I couldn't practice before the tournament. - Daniela Hantuchova said after her match with Radwanska.
They won the doubles match!

Needs to get healthy first and not to think about the injury anymore. Such thoughts will surely limit Daniela's performance.
I read some comments in the general messages about Daniela's possible retirement after this season. Nonsense of course, as anyone who has been following Daniela's career must know. It is always hard to come back after suffering a serious injury, but she'll be fine. The only thing to regret is that it happened just before the Olympic Games, where I am sure Daniela would like to win a few rounds.

During the second week of Wimbledon, I learned that she received WC from Stanford, but that didn't happen in the end. Then she suddenly popped out from LA, with the naked ESPN cover. After all the party and red carpet, she was finally in Carlsbad. She was there training for two days before 1st round, but that was just not enough to overcome Ula. Remember, when Aga was playing Wimbledon final, Ula had already been preparing in Standford.
Someone on twitter spotted that she cried after the loss (or at least teary). She was struggling to put balls in, fortunately, Dominika was there, trying hard to encourage her, in the doubles match.
Overall, she is still the most adorable person in my life and she needs some encouragement right now. Keep calm and carry on.

Slovak team lost easily 4 and 2 to Petrova/King, with Petrova playing her doubles match right after the 2.5 h singles QF match, where she beat Lepchenko 7-6 (5) on 3rd set TB.
After all, her CA visit this year was pathetic (except the ESPN stuff of course.)
