WTA is doing better, at least on its YouTube channel. For two years, it has started to upload longer, more worked highlights, old and full matches. Even now, in preseason, WTA keeps uploading videos.

In January 2018, WTA had 72.885 subscribers. Two years later, it has almost tripled. In fact, now it is about to pass 200K.

You can check more statistics in here.

The question is if WTA can reach the ATP in terms of subscribers.

WTA: 199K
ATP: 319K
Tennis TV: 380K (secondary channel)

Hell no.

Not as long as they continue to fail to provide clips of even epic matches like Sevastova—Mertens

Obviously not because the ATP is the more popular product. That doesn't mean the WTA doesn't deserve praise when they finally do something right. It's great that they're providing us with extended highlights and even full matches. It was long overdue and should be expected nowadays. And of course it sucks that Grand Slam matches still remain hidden away but I don't think WTA can be blamed for that.

Yes. I think once Rafa, Federer and Djokovic retire, they will take a massive chunk of fans with them. WTA's future talent looks much more promising and exciting than ATP.
