You don't sue the USTA for just fun, it's a big deal that could really turn nasty for her. They could schedule her on court 10 for the rest of her career and it will cost her a fortune if shes loses the lawsuit.

The way she is doing lately she will soon play qualities at grand slams. I think suing USTA that is organizing many big tournaments is a terrible decision. Suing them for 150k, come on, you can earn that with one good run at a GS. Now I can see her pulling Serena and Venus IW story :lol:
