Navarro def. Kartal 3-6 6-4 6-3
Pegula def. Boulter 3-6 6-4 6-2

Both Rich Emma and Pegs came from a set down to get the win for USA, and they will play Italy in the final.

Billionaires carrying the USA!
Pretty rough looking all around, losing sets to Kartal and Boulter is pretty awful, but a win is a win.

Nice to hear!
Glad that Katie and Kartal competed well, even though GB were the huge underdogs.
Is Italy the favorite now? Am not very convinced by this American team.

I think with Raducanu they could've won this. This fast surface suits her game but not Navarro's and Pegula was really struggling against Rybakina. She could've beaten Pegula and Boulter could've beaten Navarro. Instead she went to play on the slow mud court of Seoul, got a ton of bad publicity for ditching TeamGB, got dumped out early and re-aggravated her back injury. She's like the queen of bad decisions, like going golfing in the middle of a slam right before playing her toughest opponent in R3. Truly one of the worst managed careers I've ever seen.

If Emma had played, the GB team would still have had the same result. I don’t believe Katie could’ve beaten Navarro, and Emma maybe 50-50 against Pegula. So let’s say both teams were 1-1, then they’d need to play doubles. Do you think the GB doubles team is on the same level as the US team? For me, Emma made the right decision. If she hadn’t played in Korea, she’d have dropped to 35 or 36, but now her live ranking is 32 and she’ll be seeded at China open. You said she got a ton of bad publicity, No you are wrong, from what i see on X and Facebook a lot people support her decision, Remember last year when she came back from injury, she gave everything from defeating France team on home soil to win all her matches in Malaga Spain. Then she sat and watched Katie and the GB doubles team lose to a weaker team like Slovakia. so i think Emma now doesn’t care much about the BJK Cup anymore.
