That is going to be a great match! Venus looked deadly again today (thanks Eurosport2!) and Kim must be thrilled to be able to battle thru a long one against a class opponent like Petrova.
Yummy!:D

Kim's not about to go out and beat Venus when she hasn't beaten her in almost 3 years. Especially when she's just coming off an injury. Besides didn't she own Nadia when she at the top? It's going to be Venus...and she's going to do it easily.

I'm picking Venus. Hope she doesn't underestimate even (a rusty) Kim.

I think Venus will win in three. Kim should have beaten Nadia in straight sets.

Love Kim....but I don't think she's ready yet for even this Venus...still not a bad comeback so far.

Wow this should be a very interesting match. Kim does not seem to be rusty at all.

Venus should be able to take this match, but she has had lapses as of late and she certainly can't afford to do that against a motivated Kim.

It's just nice to see a lot of players starting to work their way back on the tour, and I think this match won't dissapoint. I still have to pull for Vee though cause I know she wants that racket.

I have no doubt- Venus in straight, maybe in 3 but with easy 3th set

1 Kim is after injury, and she's not in the best form
2 Kim is still Kim who can't win with Williams sisters, even if she's in better form
3 Venus really want this diamond racqet

 #87 Ah it's funny seeing Kim all the way down there :p

I love Kimmie :D but I don't think she's quite ready for Venus yet. Maybe if she had some more match play under her belt.

That being said I'll be cheering Kim all the way! :bounce:
