But yes, generally lefties have the best forehands down the line. So I'd say Kerber is terms of strategic use of the shot (she always seems to pull it off at the exact right time) but Kvitova in terms overall impressivness of the shot.
In all seriousness, a consistently damaging FH DTL is rare because the shot itself is not easy to pull of. The combination of accuracy, power, and control is more difficult to achieve on the FH than it is on the BH. I think there's also a bigger risk to go down the line with power on the FH side. That Angie goes for this shot a lot is quite commendable.
