Puig played well overall but not when it mattered. I had a gut feeling when Monica served for the match that Zheng would use prevent defense and let Puig implode and that's what happened.

Both overhyped for the people here and for some fluke results.
Dont care who won but vulture juicy points for one of them.

I thought this was a good match to get Beijing started. It was wide open all the way

Zheng is such an awful player and Puig switches on her "brainless mode" during games, even when she has leads of 30-0 or 40-15. This made for a match of ITF level tennis. :help:

Puig needs to learn how to use a drop shot, would have caught Zheng a number of times but she allowed Zheng to play the whole match from 2-3 metres behind the baseline!

Also, someone needs to post pics of their respective coaches .... they are so similar, could pass for twins. Even the same pained facial expressions when their players were getting broken!
