Interesting to see Barbora wearing what looks like an Apple Watch - on court she always wears that one with the stripes gpband. Guess she has a watch sponsor!
Hope so, not sure who she would enter madrid and stuttgart with. Would be better to focus on singles and getting back into top 10So will Babs focus on singles now that Katka is out?
This leads to interesting question:Hope so, not sure who she would enter madrid and stuttgart with. Would be better to focus on singles and getting back into top 10
Great question! I love the fire and ice combo she has with Katka but if she had to partner with other players I would choose:This leads to interesting question:
If we could wish whoever we wanted (from active players), who would be interesting once-off doubles partner for Babs?
My first ideas were Bencic or IGA, top players having fun in their days off.
I am not selecting anyone from stable pairings, it doesn't have the fun factor.
Another Czech - no reason to pick one specific player from her generation. The obvious would be playing one with Strycova in her farewell tour. I wouldn't be that surprised if it really happened (as some last minute repairing).
And from youngsters, I'd go with Bejlek. Supporting interesting junior, and continuing the chain of support she received.
Bejlek is from the same area, left-handed, small and fast, and getting a round or two at this level of tournament would be good for her.
Who would be your pick?
Who is on the team and who are they playing? They put Brenda out there last time I watched the Czechs play.Babs plays BJK Cup this week 🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿
Then her clay season looks like Stuttgart, Madrid, Rome and Roland Garros
No word on when Katka will return so we don't know what her plans in doubles are.
Babs is defending 20 points on clay, we can hear the top 10 calling her name as she is #12 now!
That's pretty much what Rybakina has been doing over the past year, she was down on entry list with Badosa, Tauson, Raducanu, Kalinina for one off pairings. Half the time she withdraws prior to the first round so don't know what that is all about. This leads to interesting question:

I think she only defends 10? Just RG is all I can see on my database unless I'm missing something.Babs plays BJK Cup this week 🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿
