Comprehensive from Andreescu, and a quite bad day for Kasatkina aside from brief resistance late in both sets. Her forehand was all over the place, and that coupled with her serve below 60% in isn't going to cut it against a player like Andreescu.

I've not seen much (any?) of Andreescu on grass, but the way she was crunching her forehand was VERY impressive, and she seems to have the right footing for the surface, knows how to stay low. Still prone to going walkabout near the end of a set/match and some patches of sloppy play, but at least it hasn't pushed her to three this week. She'll be a player to keep an eye on during tomorrow's Wimbledon draw.

Incidentally, with this result, Raducanu is guaranteed a top 10 ranking after Wimbledon! And barring success at Wimbledon, she'll become the first player since the end of the divisor rankings in 1996 (and possibly much earlier, I couldn't check pre-1984 results) to reach the top 10 without a top 10 win in her career. Legend.

Update: Kasatkina could overtake her with a title run in Contrexeville or Bastad, the WTA 125 events during the 2nd week of Wimbledon. Given Kasatkina is on the entry list for Lausanne, a clay 250 the week after Wimbledon, it doesn't seem that wild to think she'd play a clay WTA 125 the 2nd week of Wimbledon.
