Yeah I would assume whoever is actually in Australia should be able to play them. Good way to spread out prize money since hosting ITF events don't seem feasible right now with the ban on international travellers coming in.Some internationals may be able to play??
If not a good chance for the Aussies to get match practice
I must admit that, although it's probably not surprising for a New Zealander, I've never heard of the last two in each group. I'm just glad that the two Kiwis are in different groups, so won't play each other in the round robin. However, I'm disappointed that UTR has put Australian flags on their profiles. I've emailed them to ask that they correct these.Field has gotten weaker with Alicia Smith and Zara Brankovic withdrawing.
Group A - Yadlapalli, Barry, Symons, Fowler, Roisin Gilheany
Group B - Woolcock, Da Silva-Fick, Osborne, Helena Spiridis, Stefi Webb
Group C - Bai, Micic, Adams, Cydney Crumbie, Mia Tsoukalas
Group D - Westbury, Parnaby, Stevens, Nakisa Djamshidi, Eloise Swarbrick
Her match is being streamedGood news and bad news...
The good news is that the Australian flags on Westbury's and Barry's profiles have been changed to New Zealand.
The bad news is that only two of the four courts are being streamed live, and Westbury's match is on one of the other two.
Yikes was just trying to help and didn't expect a rude response. There are streams for all 4 courts. Her match is on Court 4, and only Courts 1, 2 and 3 are being streamed. Whatever link you've loaded there is not one that I can access.
Exactly! I would NEVER be rude to you.I didn't take the response as rude, he just can't see it.
