Galia Fokina/Svetlana Kuznetsova won US OPEN

Irina Kotkina , Vera Douchevina , Anna Bastrikova , Dinara Safina all pretty good juniors.

There are alot of others as well

I would like to say Maria Sharapova. But she doesn't play doubles. Does she Eggy?

Yeah, I agree that it helps a lot in their singles play especially in coming to the net.. Just ask this player on the left hand side of my post... ... <IMG SRC="smilies/tongue.gif" border="0">

i don;t think they're quite at the same level as Anna and Elena, but some of them have definitely all the tools to grow into a good doubles players. I saw Dinara playing doubles and I liked her net game and with the help of her big serve she is able to set up some easy points.

I haven't seen other Russian girls playing doubles... I wish I could. Love doubles to watch and to play.

olga puchkova, shes from belarus though....

14 year old top 40 player. and she was actually 13 the first time she achieved top 40. she pretty much wins, finals, or semis all her doubles tournies as far as i can remember. and she plays the top grades
