she just tweeted it Andrea Petkovic ‏@andreapetkovic
Really sorry to announce that I will not be competing at the Olympic games. I'm heartbroken and sad as can be but I'm just not ready yet.

At this point, no.
Come the Olympics, still unlikely.

Mona is not at the Olympics (yet) and it's rather more likely she won't be nominated by the German federation, than she would. By the German qualification criteria she did not qualify, but neither did Kohlschreiber (and he'll play), so we will see.

Most likely scenario: No doubles for Görges, but mixed-doubles instead.

Not true, for the German Fed Cup coach is going to nominate Mona as a replacement for Andrea. Decision to be made by Friday....... Hopefully, Mona gets the nod, for it'll be a nice, unexpected experience for her at her young age.

And what if Mona points at Kolshreiber and say "do that for me also"?

Apparently she won't have to (as pointed out in the article linked to by Rex59), German tennis federation will try to get her nominated, German Olympic sports federation will decide upon that request by friday. If they comply, Mona will be in. :) But I don't think it's a gimme yet, she could get the nomination, but I wouldn't be to surprised, if she didn't.

If I'm not wrong, I think we're fast approaching the deadline for national federations to nominate replacements if one of their representatives withdraws... pretty soon (like in the next day or two, I think), withdrawals will be filled by players who are in the doubles draws.
