Phil is never going to do the rankings, and if he does, he hates doing them anyway. 
I offer my services to do the rankings... even though I know you don't trust me.
Just anyone do them... because I keep getting seeded based on my old ranking of 20, when I'm at least 7 or 8 now.
Also, nobody's running ITF, and I'd offer to do that. ITF can't die. TTT NEEDS ITF. It's the only way most players can get competitive matches.
