This girl's got spunk. I think she's cute and she has a pretty good game, I'm surprised she's ranked so low. Hopefully todays match will inspire her to actually turn pro and then maybe she can do something. It made me smile when she beamed after winning a few of those games in the second set.

Isn't that what she always does is wait for errors. That's why she lost at the AO. She needs to be more aggressive.

They're always terrible...volleys are definitely her weakness...I was so suprised when she came into the net all by herself. On the college circuit...most of the players that can beat her on a regular basis draw her into the net and either pass her or let Amber hit the volley into the net or out.

She came to the net plenty of times at the NCAA championships . Anyways, Amber had a gameplan, but wasn't able to close the points out when she was in control. With more experience, she can only get better. Go Amber!

Watched the entire match, and was
impressed. Great attitude. They she's from
Stanford University. I think she's got regular
WTA pro potential. Lot's of deep playing, don't
know how she could fair on dirt. She's far better
than the other Asian American girls like Tu or
Janet Lee(who plays for Taiwan ;but really American).
She just needs to practice and get a good coach who
can teach her how to be a better all court player.
The volley's didn't look good.
