Daniela got broken in opening game of the match, then got going and won a couple of tight games, fighting of game and break points before storming away for a 6-1 opening set, finishing with her second ace this time of a second Serve.

Dominika held to begin the second set, then fought hard in a long game and eventually broke for 2-0. Daniela went down 3-0 as Dominika got her 1st serve % up.In the next game Daniela held comfortably and then broke for 2-3. Hantuchova then won a lengthy service game to level the score at 3-3, Cibulkova went up 40-0 in the next game before being pegged back to deuce, Hantuchova went on to win that game to take a lead of 4-3.The next game went to Dominika levelling it at 4-4, Daniela closed out the match by winning the next 2 games breaking serve then holding serve.
