Who else is still on tour that played in the 80's? I'm sure I forgot some doubles specialists, too.

Els first WTA tournament was only in 1991, but I guess she played some challengers at the end of the 80's

Patricia Tarabini. I would guess Rennae Stubbs too.

Jen played Wightman cup yes, and she bageled ALL of her opponents!

Jen is a true talent, too bad about the whole lack of energy recently!

Poor Clare. Her two claims to fame are 6-0 6-0 losses. She became known for that 0&0 against 13 year old Capriati in the Wightman Cup. Then for her last ever singles match before retirement she was put on centre court at Wimbledon only to lose 6-0 6-0 to Arantxa Sanchez Vicario. GB would give a lot for Clare now mind you. She made the top 80 and gave Graf a good match in the second round of Tokyo one year losing 6-3 6-4.

One other player who was playing in the late '80s who is still active is Svetlana Krivencheva from Bulgaria. She's still on the challenger circuit but has never done anything of note. She played in the WTA event in Sofia in 1989.
