For Amanda Coetzer....can any current players match this streak? (it's about to be 43, cause as far as I know she ain't missing RG!)

i'd say svensson is probably the next closest on something like 37. they say she hasn't missed a slam since 1994. but she ain't going to RG this year.

Amanda's about to tie the record, currently shared by Arantxa and Sandrine. The next current longest streaks are 36 by Asa Svensson, 35 by Ai Sugiyama and Elena Likhovtseva, 31 by Lisa Raymond, and 30 by Barbara Schett and Rita Grande.

And speaking of people tied for records, Amy Frazier is currently tied with Chris Evert and Lori McNeil for most career slams played by an American-born woman.

I could have sworn Amanda missed a slam here and there......I am not sure, but whatever the case. Great feat and well done....That is amazing.
