LTA cocked it up

draw seems ok but as its a 25k shouldn't there be 16 seeds and 2 rds of qualies ??
the way this draw is set out, makes it look like a 3 qual rds with 8 seeds

i think Alice, Emily, Rebecca, Holly are the 4 WC's.

Be interesting to see how Lyndsay gets on, she hasnt played on grass for years, as she always goes over to Canda and USa to play the 10's. Typical, the year she doesnt go, the Canadian Chalengers are so weak she'd ahve practically been top seed!

Carly might pick up a few games. Karen could sneak a shock, but it'll be tough.

This will be a good chance for Sarah and Amanda to pick up a couple of huge scalps if they can play well.

Emily will be looking for revenge.

Helen should win.

Other Brits have tough draws, but should be a good experience for them to be playing top 250 girls, especially on this surface. Just a shame their opponents are probably happier on grass than they are!

I'm hoping Sarah Borwell wins, otherwise she'll think she's wasting her time coming over here when she could play in America ;)

i'd be surprised if Sarah won this actually, Brandi is, at her best, in a completely different class, but we all know she's been struggling as of late with injury and stuff, so hopefully if Sarah is playing good and feeling confident she can push her to 3 and maybe even sneak a huge upset.
