Not a great draw for Elena :( But I hope she can do well :D :D

I can see Anne & Jane meeting in the quarters :D :D With Jane perhaps edging Anne out, but we should have at least 1 Brit in the semi's.

And Julie could do well, she likes grass and could get some quality points against Cho, but perhaps that just pushing luck ;)

Good Luck British Girls :D :D

Oh I forget about Lucie. I can see her beating Webb and a qualifier. Then I'm sure she can push Asagoe. Good Luck Lucie :D :D

Keothavong should make the semifinal!
Bally has a tough draw but should win her first match and maybe her second!

Aren't we rather underestimating Ansley Cargill (4th seed, in Anne's quarter)? She beat Anne here last year and while Anne has improved, Ansley has hauled herself up to No. 91 in the world.
Neither of them has a particularly good grass court record.

I would love to see Anne or Elena win the whole bloody thing but let's be realistic. Bally probably stands a better chance, despite recent form. She reached the semis here in '01 and she proved what she can do on grass at SW19 and Felixstow.
