For that matter, could anyone please confirm that qualies start on Friday?
The schedule plan is shown below. Q draw on Thursday after 4 pm. Main draw at 2 pm Friday 28 Sep.

I know the rule stated in the red stamp, however they should have the good taste not to sign.
I don't think Mladenovic and Konta really have a choice. If they enter a tournament, then they have to be accepted as part of the WTA rules. Are you saying they should just skip all big tournaments?

Yes, in their own interest.

Playing the international Seoul and Tashkent, instead of the big premier tournament, they could have won a few matches, gaining some points and self-confidence.

And letting more performing players take their place, owned only by a non-confirmed privilege.
