Uzbekistan the strongest team by far followed by Indonesia, New Zealand, Hong Kong.

Disappointing no Palkina for Kyrgyzstan, no Erakovic for NZL and no Stefanie Tan for Singapore.

Uzbekistan should be promoted easily though, can't really see any other team beating them. They have 3 quality players while most of the other teams barely have 1.

This is the first time Tajikistan is playing FC since 2000  First time for NZL too since 2014. They probably have to thank Routliffe for that otherwise they probably would not have sent a team again

No Bahrain this year after debuting last year

Asian/Oceanian countries that have participated in FC before but not competing are (last competed year in brackets):
Bahrain (2016)
Brunei (1996)
Fiji (2001)
Iraq (2014)
Jordan (2007)
Lebanon (1993)
Oman (2012)
Syria (2010)
Vietnam (2014)
