Belgium and UK will qualify
I think it will depend of the draw and the form of our players. I can see Belgium losing to Croatia, Ukraine, Georgia or Estonia for instance, especially if one of them has a bad day or the others a good day. Most of them are inconsistent as hell against people close to their rank.
However if they have a good day, they can beat all of them.. There are some solid doubles combo's in there and if Alison or Wickmayer play their singles well they are good enough to beat these sort of players. I think it will all come down to confidence levels for the Belgian players.

Georgia lucky once again. Hopefully the girls will beat SA and stay in group 1.

Was kinda hoping for Bolkvadze instead of useless Kvatsabaia though, especially since it's hardcourts. :( Sofia is in terrible form and she's the worst doubles player of the four as well.

It's a shame that both Britain and Belgium can't qualify. The winners of their groups play each other to qualify. Ukraine got handed a really nice draw.
