Format
Round-robin basis. Two pools four teams (Pools A and B).
The winner of Pool A will play-off against the winner of Pool B to determine which nation will advance to the World Group II play-offs in 2016.
In the relegation play-offs, the teams that finish in third place in each pool will play-off against the nation finishing fourth in the other pool (A3 v B4 and B3 v A4). The two losing nations will be relegated to Americas Zone Group II in 2017.

Brazil is the strongest team of the eight. Haddad-Maia would be in the top 100 now if it wasn't for her injury. Only an incredible performance from Argentina could get in their way.
