=====

No mixed doubles teams were seeded.

Some singles seeds:
(2) Billie Jean Moffitt
(3) Lesley Turner

In her semifinal match with Lesley Turner, Billie Jean Moffitt recovered from 1-5 down in the second set to 4-5. She saved two match points in the tenth game but could not save the third. Moffitt appeared fatigued from the hour-long first set and made too many errors. This was Moffitt's first loss to Turner in three lifetime singles matches.

Joan Gibson's doubles partner was Gail Sherriff.
