GO SUCHANAN! <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <br />Jiro - is suchanan a power player? <img src="wink.gif" border="0">
I would not say she is a power player. She has improved her ground stroke a lot more power than she did from last year. Her game is also the same as lady's game has. She hit the ball so well and deep both forehand and backhand. Her weapon is consistent and mentally toughness. I think if she can improve more placement shot, slice, dropshot and strategy she will be a dangerous player.

In Volvo Women's Open this year, I watched Suchanan VS Evgenia match. Evgenia(RUS), no.1 seeded (WTA ranking 136), use her right and left hand hit the ball only forehand. Suchanan played her game well . She is consistent player and hit the ball so well both backhand and forehand. Evgenia hitted high moon ball back every time when she was forced to make an error. She use her guile and experience pulled her through in straight sets. Score Evgenia 6:3, 6:4.

Actually she should recieved main draws wildcards in Volvo Women's Open since she has highest ranking among the Thai local players. Finally she could not get it because some misunderstood between her and the Volvo Women's organizer.

<img src="mad.gif" border="0">

The Indonesia already have Widjaja and Prakusya after Yayuk. Tammy now is 25 years old and she will be in this road another 5 years. Suchanan is 18, she is Thailand second hope after Tammy. Hope she can improve her game and boost up her ranking next year. <img src="graemlins/bounce.gif" border="0" alt="[Bounce]" /> <img src="graemlins/wavey.gif" border="0" alt="[Wavey]" />

For today final match of Suchanan VS Umehara, I do not know Umehara the no.1 seeded but I believe in Suchanan. If she can play like she did in Volvo Women's Open, she can take home the title. <img src="graemlins/wavey.gif" border="0" alt="[Wavey]" />

GO SUCHANAN ! HOPE YOU HOLD THE TROPHY <img src="tongue.gif" border="0"> <img src="graemlins/angel.gif" border="0" alt="[Angel]" />
