Lol Eggy that's what I was thinking. But Velasco hasn't played since Feb and she hasn't done much this year, and for all we know Georgie could be a clay-court expert herself!! O'Brien vs Fritche should be an excellent match, and White vs Homewood should be a good laugh, as both are rather tempremental and vocal ;) Natalie Neri has won ebfore stepping on court, Wong makes Nancy look world class.

I'd expect Amanda to come through her section pretty easily, though Wong might push her. Reilly, Llewellyn, Homewood, O'Brien/Fritche and Emily could get through if they play really well and have a bit of luck in their final round matches.

My qualifying predictions are:

Janes,
Van Boekel,
Schlotterer,
Feys,
Jacobsgaard,
Neri,
Llewellyn,
Tamaela.

Interesting to see several of Holland's best youngsters here, especially Tamaela and Van Boekel.

I won't be going here, although I normally do, as I'm flying out to Berlin on Friday morning.

Paul is right, Yee Wong is rubbish. Let's have a look at her recent record :worship: :

Typical Helen vs Katie:rolleyes:

I hope Emily qualifies and gets some points into that ranking of hers!

on a personal note this is interesting for me as the Edinburgh qualifying draw is likely to be very similar to this one, so I'm looking forward to seeing several player in action for the first time ever, or for teh first time in aaaaaaaaaaaages.

Although we do have Selyutina and Maes coming ;)

 van Boekel ones of Holland's best youngsters? mwahahahahahaha She finished in juniors last year and has done nothing! Elise finished in juniors last year too, but at least she is doing something! I don't think Domi's gonna get very high in the rankings - her results at 10k's have been pretty poor so far. Unless a miracle happens! ;)
