Welcome to Rome, the clay season begun with a surprise run from a new-comber Serena will she continue her dream clay run or will she run out of steam, Mary seems to be back to her winning way finishing 2nd best and looks to go 1 better will we finally have a 2-time winner on the tour or will another newcomber bring there game to Rome home of the Clay season Tier I tournament only time will tell but one things for sure we will play ball​

This week has been one of the most shocking with all 4 seeds knocked out before semis Ana VS Dominika was just fantastic you thought one of them had it then the other one took it right back. Elena has shocked last weeks winner Serena playing an amazing game to get to semis and Maria is steadying herself and making the later rounds more often. Venus is the only player left in the draw that has won before and there are 3 hungry girls wating in line to take her down.
