Sabatinifan she is I guess, I'm not sure how exactly it works because last year India allowed dual citizenship, with a three or five year residency period. Shika was born in India so I'm not sure if it makes it easier.

I just posted an article in the fed cup section, Shikha will play for India in 2005, Neha may in 2006 but I'm not sure how it will work out with residency qualifications, Neha was born in the US.
