Kim looking forward to playing Fed Cup

On 26 and 27 April Kim Clijsters has the chance to defend Belgium's honor in her own home town of Bree. The fans in Limburg already look foward to cheering her on towards victory so close to home.

[Not only the fans are enthusiastic], Kim herself also looks forward to playing the Fed Cup and intends to come out as the victor in frond of the home crowd: "I love playing Fed Cup and I'll do anything I can to win."

Kim Clijsters expects quite a unique atmosphere when she will appear on the tennis courts of Bree: "I always look forward to playing a match in front of a Belgian crowd. Time and time again it gives me this special feeling. Tennis at the moment is really 'hot' in Belgium. The fact that I can play in Bree is great, for the crowd as well."

Austria, however, is not the easiest opponent for the Belgian girls. Last year Schwartz & Co beat the strong team of the United States, 3-2. World's number three looks forward to the confrontation confidently and stresses the good atmosphere within the Belgian team.

The Expodroom in Bree is a brand new sporting centre with seats for 3500 people. Interestingly, the Expodroom also lies in Clijster's backyard. There is plenty of parking space and neat (?) VIP facilities.

Thanks Sun! It's a good article. I hope the belgium girls win (even though I'm Australian), cos I really don't want US to win.

~|Naomi|~ Also maybe this tenny weeny little bit too

I don't think it is that interesting but still it has Kim's name in it

Actually you should all go to http://www.sport.be/fedcup/ I got the link out of the belgian babes forum it is a good site not that I actually understood any of it There is a photo of where they are going to play it looks really big, I thought Bree was a small city.

Help!

Could someone please tell me what this article is saying?

Tennis is nu echt 'hot' in BelgiŽ.

THANKS
