0 0
Total: 0 0.2
Singles: 0 0
Doubles: 0 0
Doppio Giallo: (0) 0
Fed Cup: (0) (0)
Worlds: (0) (0.2)

Add up all the scores: 0 + 0 + 0 +0 + 0.2 = 0.2
Now round the result: 0.2 rounds down to 0.

Do NOT round the definitive score for each event separately. You only round it after you have added all the scores together.

Now I should sleep.
So it is still a zero. I was right all along.

The sum of all the scores rounds to 0 at the moment. Your worlds score is NOT 0, it's 0.2.

Which will become a zero in the end.

At the moment - yes, but it might change if you win more.

But I'll let you have the final word.

What do the other scores have to do with it? The world scores are definitive. The others can change I know, so I might score points there. Just not on the worlds part.

Re: 2nd leg scores: check today's matches!

Your World's score is not a 0, it is a 0.2. You don't do any rounding of individual events.

Say the final set of results look like this:
Singles: (0.8) – (0.8)
Doubles: (0) – (0.4)
Doppio Giallo: (0.2) – (0.2)
Fed Cup: (0) – (0)
Worlds: (0) - (0.2)

The totals are:
(1)-(1.6)

So the final score is:
1-2

You don't round each individual event as it becomes definitive, e.g:
Singles: (0.8) – (0.8) => 1-1
Doubles: (0) - (0.4) => 0-0
Doppio Giallo: (0.2) - (0.2) => 0-0
Fed Cup: (0) – (0) => 0-0
Worlds: (0) - (0.2) => 0-0

Final score:
1-1

Your score in Worlds is only definitive in the sense that you cannot gain any more points from the Worlds competition to add to your total score. Your World's score will definitively contribute 0.2 to your total score.

Somebody help!!!!

The other scores have everything to do with it!!! That's the whole idea. You do not round the definitive scores of worlds, doubles, singles etc separately. You add all the definitive scores together and then round the sum of all those scores. The definitive scores for all 5 events do not change. Your worlds score will stay at 0.2. Only the final sum of all the definitive scores changes due to rounding it.

Gee, what took you so long? I had like 20 posts and after your one post, James understands.

It's a good thing I never considered teaching. I would have been horrible at it, obviously.

Yes, Geewhiz just provided a good explanation.

But I appreciate your wonderful effort.

Re: 2nd leg scores: check today's matches!

I think the Champions League training course provided by Kuilli and Geewhiz should be paid.
