I think this is a positive sign that Monica knows she needs matches and that she knows her foot can stand up to it...Perhaps this is her way of telling us she's healthy!

I agree - she must not want to play Madrid right before the French - so she is taking this time right now to get her groove back and get some clay practice. So she is doing both! singles and doubles!!!!

maybe this is just her telling us she's back and ready. plus, remember how unready she was for justine after only 2 matches? she prolly wants to have more so she can beat jen and amelie. plus, if she loses, it's not such a huge deal, just good serev and volley practice.
