I think she should be looking at Grand slam to fit her schedule.

Try to take a week off before the grand slam.

Take a max of 4 tourneys between after Wimbledon and US Open, and withdraw on one of them if she went far in her first two warm up

She should be looking at playing in Eastbourne or somethign as well IMO, but that will depend how far she goes iN FO, let's say if she went to semis or more in FO, then she should go to Wimbly straight away, anything less than that she should take up Eastbourne

Take it easy in fall season, take some european tourneys this time round since year end is nove back to USA maybe a max of 3-4 tourneys after US Open

Nice and relax for Monica, so I am hoping she commit to around 8-10 tourneys after FO and I think her body should be able to cope

I REALLY want Monica to play Kremlin Cup but I doubt she will. She'll probably go to Japan because of her contract with Yonex

I think (hope) she may have satisfied her Yonex sponsors by playing in Japan in February, so she won't have to make another long and tiring trip to Tokyo.

I think she should play only 2 tournaments (at most 3) before the US Open. She'll probably be playing the FedCup tie in July.
She should play:
Stanford San Diego and Canada.
Canada is a Tier I, and she always does well there. I"d also like to see her finally win the San Diego tournament where's she's reached the final 7 times!

After the US OPEN:

Obligatory defense of title in Bahia.
Take a nice 6 week break from the heavy summer schedule
Linz (light turnout, she's always wanted to play there, indoor warmup)
Los Angeles.

There's a week off between Linz and LA, (for Fedcup) so she should have time to travel and prepare.

I'd say

San Diego
US open
Kremlin Cup
Swisscom/Linz (Whichever)
Los Angeles

Johanna Konta, Katie Boulter, Heather Watson, Harriet Dart, Gabby Taylor

Laura Robson, Katie Swan, Katy Dunne, Jodie-Anna Burrage

Tara Moore, Emma Raducanu, Maia Lumsden
