I had four Pilates classes so I know a little about it. it's not that similar to yoga. in yoga you have to keep a position for... I don't know how long. pilates is a series of movements, like lying on the floor and moving the right leg up and down. it's very good to know that Jen is trying these things, it shows that she wants to get thinner and stay healthy.
i dont get it when people say things about jens figure...i think she looks great and if i had a body like that it would be cool....im working on it...lost half a stone since i joined the gym and with all the pain i am in after my session i will kill someone if i dont have a flat stomache by summer :-)
