Question Sandrine's Injury & Expected Return

I'm assuming it's a sprain so it appears highly unlikely Sandrine will be playing Miami. I'm hopeful she'll be well enough in time to play Charleston which is a month away and a week before Fed Cup in Argentina (also on clay). I fear she may not return until the European clay events after Fed Cup, and, although that may not be the worst thing in the world as it will keep her fresh for RG, I just can't stand the thought of waiting that long for her return.

Anyone have any thoughts on when our goddess may reappear?

Thanks Eggy (I think)

Sounds worse than I thought. I was hoping it was only a sprain. I can't see Sandrine recovering in time for Charleston and Fed Cup. My only hope is that she'll be ready for the European clay tournaments.

Latest news:

Saby says that the French team doctor said Sandrine has no fracture, and that the Italian doctor was incorrect. If this is true, I'm not happy.

But anyway, Sandrine, saby says, will return at Amelia Island...

If true, good news!
