Denial of Access

Hi,

For over a month I've been unable to connect to TF from either my mobile device or my laptop. The only way I'm doing so now is via a ***** server.

Every time I try and connect directly it just times out.

Any idea what's up?

Re: Denial of Access

I've been experiencing the very same problem, for the same amount of time, and using the same work around using a *****. I mailed The Tennis Forum using the ‘Contact Us’ email in the Bugs/Errors sub-forum, but no one got back.

I only have this problem on my home PC. Work PC has no such problems (different ISP / different address).

My IP won't be my usual home IP, because I'm using a ***** from home to post this.

Home ISP: British Telecom, Work ISP: Zen.

Re: Denial of Access

Yeah, my ISP is BT as well. Wonder if they're blocking it for some reason?

Re: Denial of Access

Same here. I'm able to log in at home via a BT hotspot nearby, but not through my home wifi which is BT. No issues connecting/tethering to my mobile phone's network (vodafone)

Re: Denial of Access

It's possible they are blocking us. I'm not sure for certain, try rebooting your home modems (power off unplug count to 50 plugin turn on, just in case- I've had some think I meant the tiny button you need a pin to push...that wipes your account....don't do that)

Re: Denial of Access

Worked Kyle, thanks Hopefully it won't revert and have to keep rebooting the box every time.
